Ultimately, my goal is to provide my client companies with the most qualified candidate for their most critical open positions. It can be summed up that succinctly, but the amount of follow through that is required to do so is what differentiates an MR Portland recruiter from the rest of the pack. Some people may wonder how comprehensive the recruitment process actually is. Here’s a few of the ways I can help you find the right candidate for the job:
It starts with sheer volume. After I have learned exactly what type of person will be a fit for the position, I get in touch with as many as 250 passive, currently employed candidates each week. These people are typically very happy where they are and great at what they do. On a targeted search, they will almost always hold an identical title to the open position I am searching on, and be within a manageable distance from my client company.
Identifying and contacting these potential candidates is the first step. Once I have been able to classify them as potential candidates for the position, I then take them through an intensive qualification process to ensure they are a match for the company’s culture and requirements. It is only after I have qualified a candidate myself that my client will be made aware of their candidacy.
I genuinely enjoy helping companies improve their bottom line by providing them with what they need most, great people. What I really enjoy though, is being able to streamline that hiring process so it is absolutely pain free.
