Identify and qualify outstanding candidates for a position with multiple search resources. Upon identifying and recruiting an outstanding candidate, present the candidate’s experience, skills and accomplishments in a detailed and comprehensive manner to the client. When interest is expressed by the client, promptly schedule an interview with the candidate in a timely manner and provide detailed, informative references to the client regarding the candidate. After the interview process takes place, provide immediate feedback regarding the interview to both the client and candidate during each stage. When there is continued interest on both sides, I guide client and candidate into finalization of the hiring process and fill the position with a specific start date mutually agreed upon by both client and candidate.

My business philosophy is to treat the client and candidates as I would want to be treated. I have been both a client and a candidate prior to being a recruiter.
